Jinger Adams Design Team Call

So, here I am, applying for yet another design team! Why?  Because it's just so fun AND having deadlines keeps me creating! :-) Jinger Adams has always provided wonderful inspiration during her time with Provocraft and now she is on her own launching her own line of products so you can see why this would be a super fun design team to be on!! My project is one that I created with instructions from an online class that Club Ruby Designers had in December.  I finally got this one made and am excited to show it off.  I simply took an 8x10 frame, took out the glass, covered the backing with scrapbook paper, attached some twine across the front and made some Cricut cuts to finish it off.  Of course, I embellished with my white gel pen to set it off! :-) It really was an easy project but it looks so good hanging in my living room! Here are some close-ups of some of the detail: Thanks for stopping by today and hopefully this inspires you to create something beautiful to display in

Cooking with Cricut Challenge # 79 - MAKE ME LAUGH

Here it is, another fun Wednesday challenge over at  COOKING WITH CRICUT  ! This week's challenge is to make something incorporating April Fool's Day, a funny quote, pun or saying! The projects that we on the design team have already done should put a smile on your face! :-) I made a fun twist on a birthday greeting: HIPPO BIRDIE TWO EWE!  I don't remember where I saw this saying, but I immediately thought that I could make a card using this saying and Create a Critter! Hope you smiled while reading this today and be sure to head on over to  COOKING WITH CRICUT  to view the other funny projects and to link up your own!  Thanks for stopping by today and don't forget to smile! :-)

Cooking with Cricut Challenge # 77 - St. Patrick's Day

It's time for another challenge at  COOKING WITH CRICUT  ! This week's challenge is to make something with a St. Patrick's Day theme or a rainbow.  I chose to make a simple card with the Spring Holiday Cards cricut cartridge, my white gel pen and some Stickles!  Be sure to head over to  COOKING WITH CRICUT  to enter your own project and be a part of all the fun going on! Thanks for stopping by here today - now go make something awesome! :-)

Cooking with the Cricut - Challenge #76 - Happy Birthday, Dr. Suess!

Hello everyone! I have a fun project to share with you all today as my first post as a  COOKING WITH THE CRICUT designer !!!   I'm so excited and honored to be a part of this great team!! As you may or may not know, March is Dr. Suess's birthday month so this week's challenge is to create something that will encourage others to read and/or celebrate reading! I chose to make a calendar page. I used a digi stamp from  Paper Crafting World's  awesome site and the following Cricut cartridges: Designer's Calendar Paper Doll Dress Up George & Basic Shapes Hello Kitty Greetings Here are a few close-ups: Thanks for stopping by today and remember to head on over to  Cooking with the Cricut  to play along in this week's challenge and link up your project!!
