Hello everyone!! I'm here today to share a simple calendar page with you and all of my friends over at  CRAFT WITH CUTTERS  !  I'm revisiting this project to share it with my new followers - You may remember that I did it last year as one of my regular blog posts. If you have seen any of my previous posts, you probably know that I do a different calendar page each month to showcase on my fridge and then add it to my scrapbook in front of all the pics I took that month.  This month, I decided to show how you can make a calendar grid if you don't have the Designer's Calendar cartridge.  Here is my finished page: Let's break it down a bit. To make my grid, I used my Gypsy, (forgot to take a pic of my screen), and lined up 35 - 1.5"squares to form my calendar. The squares I used are from Art Philosophy because I wanted squares with a little scallop on the corners but any square will work.  After the cut, I trimmed the extra off the edges. ...

Hello everyone! Wednesday's challenge over at CRAFT WITH CUTTERS  was to use any cartridge that starts with "S". My post didn't get completed until today because, for some reason, I couldn't get any pics to upload through Blogger! It finally worked!!  I chose to celebrate summer with a summer layout!  I created my page using the Summer Vacation seasonal cartridge and the Pack Your Bags cartridge. Hope everyone is having a great start to your summer! Mine is packed full of activities but I'm loving it! It's time for another challenge over at  MY PAPERCRAFTING WORLD  and this week's challenge is to create a project with any kind of flourish.  I made a sign for a friend to put by her photo booth at her wedding using the letters and vintage camera from Heritage and the corner scrolls from Storybook. This sign is 18'x36". Hello everyone! Today's  Craft with Cutters challenge over at  MY PAPERCRAFTING WORLD  is all about April Showers! I chose to make a simple Get Well Card using my new cloud embossing folder from Darice, Cricut Art Philosophy and Liquid Glass from CTMH.   The scalloped card and label are cut from Art Philosophy. Love this folder!  I just brushed the raised edges of the clouds with some white ink. I used Liquid Glass from CTMH for the rain drops.  I LOVE this stuff! It looks wet when it's dry! Hello everyone and welcome to today's Totally Tags and ATC's challenge over at  MY PAPERCRAFTING WORLD ! Today's challenge is TEXTURE and it was so much fun! Here is my completed tag and then I'll share details: I used the Cricut cartridge, Tags, Bags, Boxes and More for the base tag.  I cut a piece of these Kraft flute tiles for a layer on the tag because I thought this would be a great way to add some awesome texture! I also used a Unity Itty Bitty stamp "Note to Self".  Lace ribbon, twine and some gel pen stitching finish the look. The paper flower is from Prima - Candy Doodles. I embellished it with some Diamond Stickles and Buttercup Liquid Pearls. I stamped the "Note to Self" Itty Bitty from Unity Stamps with a stamp from the "Enjoying the Moments" stamp set from Tanner Bell Designs that are inspired by Megan Elizabeth. Welcome to another challenge Wednesday at  CRAFTING WITH CUTTERS ! This week our challenge is THINGS WITH WINGS so I decided to do a "jazzed-up" baby boy card. :-) I used the Teresa Collins Cricut Imagine cartridge, Baby Boutique for the heart with wings cut out. I print and cut this image out in layers to add dimension then dressed it up with stickles. Welcome to another Wednesday Challenge over at  CRAFT WITH CUTTERS ! This week's challenge is all about fun things we do in the winter! Nothing speaks "winter fun" to me more than a snowman so I made a fun card with an adorable snowman from the Cricut cartridge Snow Friends. (Love that cartridge!) Hello everyone! Today is another Cartridge Showcase over at CRAFT WITH CUTTERS ! Today I am showcasing the awesome Mini Books Project cartridge! There is so much wonderfulness on this cartridge! Mini Books are one of my favorite things to make so when this one came out, I just had to have it!!  You will see that on all 3 projects that I created, I used K and Co.'s double-sided paper. I love their papers for these kind of projects because it looks so much better than a plain/white side.  Here are pics of the 3 projects finished with details about each one following: PROJECT 1: EXPLODING BOX (YES! There is an exploding box cut on this cartridge!)  ---shown on page 11 of the handbook and assembly instructions are on page 17  ---cut at 3.6"  ---paper is K and Co.'s Life Journey Stack ------ isn't it great to be able to see both patterns on all of the papers??                       ...

Hello everyone! Welcome to another challenge Wednesday here and at  CRAFT WITH CUTTERS  ! Like I said in my title, Cooking with Cricut is now Craft With Cutters. The change isn't complete yet but is in process so this is just the beginning. We all are doing 3-D projects for you viewing pleasure!   Here is my project this week- a 3-D box from the Cricut Artiste cartridge. This is the box on page 78 and the layer is the cute maple leaf and both are sized at 6.18".
