Cooking with Cricut Challenge #96 - Christmas In July

Welcome to another challenge Wednesday here and over at  COOKING WITH CRICUT ! This week we are cooking up our Christmas In July projects using our scraps! This is a great project for using some of my seemingly endless stash of scraps!  I'm sharing a few pics of how I store my scraps and keep them organized. This is a file cart that I got at an office supply store - it is just perfect for keeping my scraps organized by color! It fits so neatly under my Cricut table!  Here is my completed mini album for our grandson's first Christmas. It is a Piggy Tales lift-the-flap album. It was so easy to decorate because I had so many gorgeous papers in my scraps stash! I used Lyrical Letters and Jolly Holidays for the cover. The inside pages: The baby bird is from 3 Birds on Parade. The filmstrip is from Wall Decor and More. The "smile" and camera are from Going Places. The Christmas Tree is from Cheerful Seasons - I think! :-/ I forgot to w...

Thanks for stopping by today and don't forget to create your own project with buttons and/or brads and link it up over at  COOKING WITH CRICUT  to win a great prize! Java Jen

Camp Autograph Book

Hello everyone!! I'm so excited to share with all of you AND all the followers of  SHE'S A SASSY LADY  AND all the followers of  CRICUT IS CLOSE TO MY HEART ,  my little Camp Autograph book!   Well, it's that time of year again when lots of kids head off to camps of all kinds! Our son, who is 14, will be going to church youth camp next week and I thought it would be fun to make him an autograph book to take with him for old and new friends to sign and write a little message in. Actually, he doesn't think he will use it but I'm going to tuck it into his bag anyway and see what happens! LOL!                                                                                          Here is the finished book: Now...
