I'm in Business!

I've launched my business with an open house so now anyone can message or email me to order any of the things I have featured! I also do custom orders so if you have an idea of something you want, I can probably do it! Here are some of the items available right now: This can be custom ordered from $25, depending on what style and size you want! Write Me Back Sets are my favorite new item! Each set contains 2 large envelopes that each contain 12 envelopes and 12 pieces of letter writing paper. You keep one big envelope and give or mail the other big envelope to a friend, grandchild or significant other and exchange letters once a month! Let's bring back snail mail and happy mail!!  Card Folios contain 6 cards and envelopes. These are great for Christmas wishes, recipes or just a note of encouragement!  Coffee-themed cards are $1 each.  One of my new favorite additions to my wall! This sign is available to purchase for $13! A sign I made to display our grandchildren's creat...

Seth is 1 Year old today!

Hello everyone! Today's post is all about our youngest grandson because today is his FIRST BIRTHDAY!! Oh, I love him soooo much and I just have to show him off so please indulge me as I share some special pics of our precious grand boy! :-) Having fun playing in the grass! Playtime at the park! All spiffed up for Easter! Showing off his new shoes and his new ability to walk! New favorite place to play! :-) I made him a special card that is 23" wide! This card idea is actually in the Celebration cartridge booklet - I just adapted it to how I wanted it to be. :-) Closed Open I also made him some scrapbook pages to preserve his birthday memories! Thought this might make it easy for his mama to just put the pictures on! :-) Had this pic from the day he was born along with his hospital bracelet and memorabilia. Some sweet pics of the family that loves this little guy so much! This giant tag can hold lots of party deta...

Cooking With Cricut Cartridge Showcase - TBBM2

Hi fellow crafters!! If you came here today looking for my Cooking with Cricut Challenge #82 post, CLICK HERE   or scroll down to the post below this one.  Today's post is all about the new cartridge, Tags, Bags, Boxes and More 2! It's my turn to do a cartridge showcase over at  COOKING WITH CRICUT  ! I chose this cartridge because it has so much to offer, (and there is  sooooo much to learn!) I really do love this cartridge, but I have to tell you, there is a bit of a learning curve in using the scoring tool that is designed to work with this cartridge.  This is definitely something I will have to take more time working on! I'm hoping to do a video on this because I know there are more people like me who need some help with this cartridge! :-)  TBBM2 is a full cartridge that has lots of shaped boxes, tags, cards and card phrases and is designed to work with the Cricut scoring tool and the Cricut gel pens. My first 2 projects are cards. The cu...

Cooking With Cricut Challenge #82

Hello everyone! Welcome to another Challenge Wednesday at  COOKING WITH CRICUT  ! This weeks challenge is celebrating National Letter Writing Month! (You know, the old-fashioned way to keep in touch!) :-)  This week, we were asked to create a card to send to someone or a scrapbook layout featuring a letter. For my project this week, I decided to make a note card folder, complete with 4 note cards and envelopes! I got this idea from Sheila at  SHE'S A SASSY LADY  .  She made me a little folder with monogrammed note cards and envelopes and I absolutely love it! Click on her blog title and visit her awesome blog!! There is always lots going on over there! Anyway, here is how I made the folder: Start with an 8.5" x 11" piece of card stock and score and fold at 5.5" (long side) and 2.5" (short side). I took a pic of these score lines on plain paper instead of the pattern that I'm using so that you could see the lines better. Here it is folded up: Punch ...

Be My Valentine Blog Hop

Hello everyone and welcome to the "Be My Valentine" blog hop!! This is the first blog hop that I have had the opportunity to participate in and I've had so much fun!   If you arrived here from  Macy Bella Designs  then you're on the right track. If not or if you have missed a few blogs along the way, be sure to go to the beginning at  Creations With Kathryn  so you can see all of the great Valentine projects today!! There are even some blogs that have blog candy - (like ME!)  After you check out my project, your next stop will be  Crafty Baskets  . Now, on to my project!! I made a box to put a set of Valentine's cards in. I used a 12x12 piece of double-sided cardstock from K and Co. The cards are made with Kraft paper and are a 4x4 size. I used the Cricut Sentimentals cartridge for the postage stamp cut on the front of each card and used my Gypsy to cut them so I could unlink the H and W so it would be 3.75" square. The valentine cuts for the fro...
