My Card Class

Hello everyone! Today I'm sharing this same post over at  SHE'S A SASSY LADY . Be sure to stop over there daily to see all the crafting inspiration that goes on there!!  Recently I introduced a card class that I am offering in my home and I thought I would share the 3 types of cards here. I kept the designs simple to make it easy for participants to assemble. I'm keeping some of these cards on hand for when I need a quick card!  In my class, participants will be making 5 of each card. Thank You, Get Well and Happy Birthday. This is one of my favorite cards because the embossed layer gets ripped and then adhered with the Cricut bandages adhered on top of that! Isn't it fun?? The birthday cards are fun because I picked 5 different colors for the stamped layer and added an embossed layer. I think the participants will have fun learning these simple but impressive techniques!  If anyone local to me would like to take this class, please get in to...

Crafting with Cutters Challenge #135 PINK

Hello everyone! It's a challenge day over at  MY PAPERCRAFTING WORLD  and this week is all about my favorite color - PINK! :-)  How about a pink Get Well card??  I made this using the Robotz cartridge. (That is such a fun cartridge - I remember when it came out and I just couldn't wait to get it!) :-) I wrote "MALFUNCTION" in the middle of this robot because I thought that was fitting for someone who wasn't well! :-) One more close-up: Thanks for stopping by today and remember to stop over at  MY PAPERCRAFTING WORLD  to see lots of other PINK projects!

My Papercrafting World Challenge #128 - Rain

Hello everyone! Today's  Craft with Cutters challenge over at  MY PAPERCRAFTING WORLD  is all about April Showers! I chose to make a simple Get Well Card using my new cloud embossing folder from Darice, Cricut Art Philosophy and Liquid Glass from CTMH.   The scalloped card and label are cut from Art Philosophy. Love this folder!  I just brushed the raised edges of the clouds with some white ink. I used Liquid Glass from CTMH for the rain drops.  I LOVE this stuff! It looks wet when it's dry! Perfect for rain drops! Another look at the finished card: Thanks for stopping by today and be sure to stop over at  MY PAPERCRAFTING WORLD  to link up your own creation showcasing RAIN!
