Baby Shower Time and this time IT'S A GIRL!!!

So, I have thoroughly enjoyed creating decorations for my grandsons' baby showers - all 4 of them! But now we have added a granddaughter to our family and I am thrilled to make some girly decorations!!! Today it's my turn to share over at  SHE'S A SASSY LADY  so I just had to share my excitement there too! Be sure to check out Sheila's blog for awesome, daily inspiration!!  I decided to make a big centerpiece in a basket. Here is what I came up with: Here are some close-ups: I got all the various cuts from Cricut Cartridges. I can't seem to remember them all but I know I used Creative Memories Tiny Treasures, Cricut Lite Sugar and Spice, Baby Steps, Cricut Lite Cupcakes and Sweet Treats. A Very Hungry Caterpillar Birthday!

Hello everyone! Happy Thursday! It's my pleasure to share with you all here and over at SHE'S A SASSY LADY ! Today I want to share some decorations that I made for our grandson's 1st birthday! The theme was the Very Hungry Caterpillar.    First up is a pic of our adorable grandson! He brings us so much joy!! His name is Truman! This is what I came up with: I made all of the rosettes with the Martha Stewart scoring board. That is such a quick way to make these! Click  www.marthastewart.com  to see one of these score boards for yourself! I used the Creative Memories Tiny Treasures for the banner. I used George and Basic Shapes for the circles for the food signs. Here is a pic of the cake my daughter made! So cute and I think it looks just like the caterpillar in the book! :-) Caterpillar Food sign was made from Pooh Font. A close-up of part of the banner and the rosettes. I mostly used the Confetti stack from K and Company for the rosett...

Baby Shower Banner and Centerpiece

We had a diaper drop baby shower for my daughter-in-law over the weekend so I just had to try out my newest cartridge from Creative Memories - Tiny Treasures! This is an awesome cartridge and if you don't already have a CM consultant, feel free to stop by my website ------> HERE   to order this or any of our other amazing cartridges! Here are pics of my finished projects and then I'll give more details. I used the Cricut Craft Room to cut everything! I usually use my Gypsy but they haven't added Tiny Treasures in an update yet! I'm actually glad, though, because this is the first big project I've done in the Cricut Craft Room and I really loved it! Just as easy as my Gypsy, but a bigger screen! Yay! For anyone who wants it, I have included the Cricut Craft Room file at the end of this post for your personal use. When the Gypsy is updated, I will update this post with the...
