Christmas Banner

Hello everyone and Happy New Year! It's my turn to share here and over at SHE'S A SASSY LADY  so I'm showcasing a Christmas banner I made to hang over our fireplace!  I want to say, right up front, that I apologize for the shortness of this post but in the last month, we moved into our new house and hosted several Christmas gatherings and I just started a new job..... so my crafting has been kind of hit or miss! Here is the banner:


I used Art Deco for the font - 4"-  and Pretty Pennants for the pennant shape - 6". 

This banner was so easy to put together and I just love how it looks over our fireplace! 

I hope you all had a very merry Christmas and I pray you all have a blessed New Year!

Think Spring Blog Hop

                                Welcome to the THINK SPRING BLOG HOP!!  You should have arrived here from the amazingly talented  Crafty Baskets  !  If you just happened upon my blog, be sure to go back to the beginning at  Creations With Kathryn  . She is our wonderful host for this hop!  On to my project: I decided to make a Spring mini album to showcase a few pictures that I took at the Zilker Botanical Gardens in Austin, TX.  What is more telling of Spring than flowers?!   I used the Card/Tag feature on the Paisley Cricut cartridge and used paper from the DCWV Spring cardstack.
